From AI Startup in Würzburg to Forbes' 30 Under 30
CHALLENGE_
At the start of our collaboration, BOTfriends had already convinced several major companies with its conversational AI solution and had relevant references to show. However, the visibility of their innovative SaaS solution, particularly at the decision-maker level, was lacking in certain industries.
CAMPAIGN_
With Michelle Skodowski as one of the young co-founders, BOTfriends had a credible voice for the company, which we utilized as a spokesperson for the founders. Through this approach, we managed to attract leading business publications such as Handelsblatt to take notice of the company, in addition to industry-specific publications in the fields of energy, procurement, and healthcare IT.
Furthermore, the product had a clear unique selling proposition (USP) that convinced tech journalists of its value: BOTfriends doesn’t just offer another voice assistant to its customers, but a software that allows departments to design and develop their own chatbots without the need for programming knowledge.
RESULT_
Right from the start of our collaboration, we captivated Handelsblatt with the BOTfriends story, with a TUI customer reference serving as a perfect hook. The highlight to date: The increased media visibility of BOTfriends and Michelle as an individual led to Forbes including her in the 30 Under 30 list for the DACH region in November 2021.
